NIGER-TURKEY INTERPARLIAMENTARY FRIENDSHIP GROUP DELEGATION’S VISIT TO GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF MTA, MARCH 23, 2022

On March 23, 2022, President of Turkey-Niger Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, MP Mr. Ertunç Erkan BALTA and President of Niger-Turkey Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group Dr. Daouda Mamadou MARTHE and the accompanying delegation, with the attendance of our Deputy Minister Prof. Dr. Şeref KALAYCI, paid a visit to the General Directorate of MTA. Within the context of the visit, representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry participated in the brunch hosted by our Director General Mr. Vedat YANIK.

During the meeting, topics of mutual cooperation between Turkey and Niger in the fields of mining and agriculture were discussed. Additionally, a presentation was shown in relation to the domestic and international activities of our institution. Upon the meeting, the Remote Sensing Center of our institution was toured and the delegation were informed on the works performed in the field.

The visit which made significant contributions to improving the existing cooperation between our countries, was finalized with goodwill wishes from both parties behalf.
