Extraction (Leach) Tests

It is the process of solution treatment with HCI between

25-100 ^oC, H₂SO₄ and basic environment solvents upon the request of the Applicant.

In case the process is performed in other acid solvents, service fee is charged with 50% increase.

In case the sample is not at a suitable size, service fee for the process to bring it to the suitable size is additionally charged.

At the end of the process, filtration is made and extraction solid and solution analysis/test is given to the Applicant.

Liquid-Liquid Extraction (SX) Tests

It is a process of benefication or decomposition of the components inside the liquid solution.

Chemicals that are requested to be used in the analyses should be indicated in the Analysis/Test Application Form and delivered to Sample Acceptance Unit with the samples.

In case of delivery of solid sample, service fee for bringing the sample to the suitable size (sample preparation) and extraction test according to the status of the sample are additionally charged.

Chemical Precipitation Processes

It is performed on the samples that extraction test is performed on.

Specific study requests should be indicated in the Analysis/Test Application Form and necessary chemicals should be delivered to the Sample Acceptance Unit with the samples.

Full Technology Studies (Metallurgical/Hydrometallurgical)

These are the metallurgical/hydrometallurgical research studies that cover sample preparation, taking representative sample, input analyses, processing tests, result analyses, evaluation and reporting according to the characteristics of the study.

A contract is signed before these studies in case of an external application.

50% discount is applied to the analysis/tests to be made during the study.

Moreover, an additional service fee will not be charged for the increase of analysis/test service fee that is up to 20% and may be necessary during the studies.

Sample Storage

Original sample of technological studies is stored for 6 months after reporting for free and after 6 months, stored for maximum another 36 months in exchange of a service fee upon the request of the applicant.
