Pre-Tests for Ceramic Raw Materials

Following in-house methods are performed;

a) Reaction in acid test,

b) Dispersal in water test,

c) Plasticity by hand test,

d) Firing tests ( Firing color and firing status tests in 1150 ºC,1300 ºC and 1430 ºC.)

e) Analysis/test with the codes of AJ-31, MP-19 and MP-06.

Full Tests for Ceramic Raw Materials

Following in-house methods are performed

in addition to the analysis/test with TS-36 code;

a) Plasticity water determination,

b) Drying shrinkage determination,

c) Dry breaking strength,

d) Determination of firing shrinkage after all temperatures,

e) DTA/TG Analysis,

f) Tests of compression and bending strength following each temperature.

Samples may be in powder or fragmentary form.
